Did I forget to mention that I included a pumpkin cupcake in Spud's Spooky lunch yesterday? Here it is. Except it became more of a sandwich than a cupcake.
Why sandwich you ask? Well, I didn't use muffin liners and had a bit of a disaster when trying to pry them out of the tin (when will I ever learn?). So I cut them in half and if they had an ugly side, I flipped it so it was on the inside. It's also less messy for a packed lunch!
