These are all so cute. I am looking forward to going back through your blog. Your little guy eats what you have in these bento boxes??? Wow, I so wish mine would. Everything looks awesome!!!
Thanks! Yes, he does eat most of it. We are lucky I guess. But some stuff I put in his bentos just to broaden his horizons, so to speak.
With the cottage cheese for example, he only ends up eating a couple of teaspoons at the most. It also depends a lot on his mood of the day so it's hard to keep up. My biggest challenge with him is with new foods that he's not familiar with. That keeps me motivated to keep a wide variety foods going on all the time because he forgets ... "hey, you used to eat that" just doesn't cut it.
