Blatantly picturesque fishing village in Atlantic Canada ...

... boasting one of Nova Scotia's more photographed lighthouses ...

... beautiful coastline ...

And cliffs so crazy, it makes a mama's heart stop.

I have yet to be to a *non*-picturesque fishing village. I think they leave that to the big port cities . . .
Beautiful cliffs -- love the photo of playful dad!
These are great photos! The first one looks like it's out of a postcard.
i've been to nova scotia ages ago. it's one of the most beautiful places i've been to in canada! Great pictures, makes me want to go there:)

Oh, I have always wanted to go to Nova Scotia! Now I have yet another place to visit when I make it there. Ciao!
Nova Scotia is a place where we'd like to spend some time...we've mostly just driven through, although we once spent a weekend in Halifax.
The Canadian lighthouses have a different look than our lighthouses here in the Midwest. Ours are more conical towers, and the Canadian light towers I've seen have more squared-off looks and angles. All beautiful in my opinion :)
Thanks for sharing!
What beautiful shots, the light is just gorgeous. This is a stark contrast to what I imagine must be a very harsh environment in the winter.
I'm pretty sure I went here when I went to visit a friend in Halifax in 1999. It was a lovely spot! Thanks for bringing back fond memories.
