And then the parents have a little quiet time in the cantina down the beach enjoying fried whole fish and a cerveza.

I've traveled throughout Central America and Panama is one of my favorite countries - though I never experienced deserted beaches like this!
Nothing better and cuter than a sleeping baby. Panama is my last country to go to in Central America!

Love it...always amazing to me to see how kids can really sleep anywhere! We haven't done in traveling in Central or South America YET...but hope we can make it with our kids in the future. Looks like a lovely beach walk.
