Cooking Classes


Calzone, baked cauliflower, gnocchi, chocolate meringue, and lava cakes! Cooking class this summer was a big hit with the Bub. Not to mention me; parents got to taste their masterpieces at pick up time each day.

He learned how to knead dough, whip cream, cut fat off of chicken, and separate eggs. And had fun doing it! Just as importantly, he expanded his eating repertoire; by the end he was happily eating whole basil and mint leaves ... and other green things! Ha!
